Stefanie Juarez

Estefania Juarez is a dual degree student at Texas Tech University. She is set to graduate with a Bachelor's degree in both Accounting and Mathematics in May of 2018, and is expected to graduate with a Master's in Accounting the following Spring. She also intends to minor in both General Business and Spanish.

Estefania is a first generation college student from Ira, Texas. She is involved in multiple organizations at Texas Tech University, such as PEGASUS and Unidos Por Un Mismo Idioma (UMI.) Starting Fall of 2015, Estefania will be working as a PEGASUS mentor to aid other incoming first generation college students. Apart from these organizations, Estefania is a founder and has served as Treasurer for the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA.)


Gabriela Contreras

Gabriela Contreras is a Marketing and Management major at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. She intends to graduate in May 2017. Gabriela is from Windthorst, Texas. She is a first generation college student. Gabriela is bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish. Gabriela is part of Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA), Second Year Success, Women's Service Organization, and is the President of Generation One.


Justin Dumbeck

Justin Dumbeck is an under-graduate student in the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. Justin is pursuing a Bachelors in Business Admin-istration in Management of Information Systems. He recently studied abroad in Rome, Italy and plans to continue taking trips to Europe in the future. Justin is expected to graduate in December of 2017.

Justin Dumbeck is from Austin, Texas. He is involved in a number of student organizations and has served in leadership positions in most of them. Some organizations include Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity, Order of Omega Honor Society, Student Government Association and Texas Tech Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization (Tech CEO). Justin Dumbeck currently serves as his fraternity’s Judicial Vice President as well as the Interfraternity Council Coordinator for Texas Tech’s Student Government Association.

Tony Tran

Tony Tran is a senior finance major attending the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. He's hoping to complete his bachelors in finance with a real estate concentration. He is on track to receive his bachelor’s degree spring of 2017.

Tony was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and raised in Austin, Texas. He is the youngest of three and will be one of the first in his family to finish college. His career goal is to be a mortgage lender for top real estate companies. He has a passion for real estate and plans to build his real estate portfolio with hopes to having his own real estate firm one day. He is part of the Real Estate Organization and is the acting vice president of membership. "REO" is an organization for students that have interest in the real estate industry, hopes to gain knowledge about the broad spectrum of real estate, and have more insight of the industry before pursuing their real estate careers. Tony was selected back in February 2016 to join a group of top ten reo students to go on a real estate trip to Tampa, Florida to look at real estate developments and learn about every aspect of real estate developing.
